"As a beginner, this finally clicked for me"
I’m the kind of person who gets overwhelmed when progressions feel too complicated, but this actually made sense. The steps were easy to follow, and for the first time I could really see myself making progress
"Tough program, but I felt a little lost"
I bought the Advanced Athlete Challenge because I was looking for something difficult, and to be fair, it definitely is difficult. I wasn’t expecting it to be easy at all. The part that threw me off was more the way everything was laid out. It felt like the program assumed I already knew exactly how to adjust things for myself, so instead of just following a clear plan, I kept stopping and trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next.
Some of the exercises felt like they ramped up really quickly, almost like there should have been an extra step or two in between. I ended up searching around for easier progressions or trying to guess what variation made sense for my level, which kind of defeated the purpose of buying a structured program. The videos were fine, but I really wanted more written notes about form, common mistakes, and what to do if you can’t complete a movement yet.
I can see this working better for someone who already knows their weak spots and is comfortable modifying workouts on their own. For me, though, it became more frustrating than motivating, especially at the price. I also reached out to support and the response was slower than I expected, so overall I didn’t feel like I got enough guidance to justify the cost.

"Feels evidence-based to me"
I like how the programs actually explain why you’re doing certain things, instead of just throwing random workouts at you. It feels grounded in solid training principles, which I appreciate. I do wish they linked to a few more sources here and there — but overall, it comes across as trustworthy to me...

The programs themselves seem okay, but the customer support was really slow. I waited days just to get a simple reply and had to follow up twice, which was super frustrating. Definitely not a great experience

"Pace felt a little all over the place"
I liked the workouts overall, they were solid. But the pacing was kind of weird for me... like some weeks suddenly felt like a big jump, and then other weeks were almost too slow. Not a huge deal, just made it a little hard to get into a steady rhythm.
"I’m so tired of workout plans that act..."
I’m so tired of workout plans that act like I have unlimited free time after work. These are short, easy to squeeze in, and I can actually keep up with them without feeling like my whole evening is gone

"Coaching was a bit hard to follow"
The videos were kind of confusing for me, and I feel like the steps could’ve been laid out more clearly. I’m sure there was good info in there, but it didn’t really click for me the way I expected.

"Not the results I was hoping for"
I stuck with the plan for a few months and, to be fair, my form did improve a little. But in terms of actual strength gains, there just wasn’t much to show for it. I was expecting more, especially for the price. It might work better for other people, but for me it was just okay at best

"Surprisingly smooth for once"
I got access quickly, and the downloads and streaming worked fine. i wasn’t expecting much, so it was nice that everything just did what it was supposed to do.

"The workouts themselves are decent..."
The workouts themselves are decent, but I was a bit disappointed with the community side. I posted a question because I was short on time and just wanted a quick answer, but I barely got any replies, and the few I did get were mostly other users kind of guessing. It felt quiet, and not super welcoming when you’re stuck and trying to keep moving. For what it costs, I expected more active help or at least quicker responses. It’s not awful, but I definitely ended up having to figure things out on my own.

"I’ll blame whoever runs this for making me..."
I’ll blame whoever runs this for making me realize how tight my hips actually were. I started doing the mobility stuff regularly, and after a few weeks I feel less stiff and a bit more flexible. Nothing fancy, but it’s been working for me

"I was hoping for more detailed..."
I was hoping for more detailed nutrition guidance, but it felt generic. The advice was the kind of stuff I could’ve found with a quick search, and it didn’t seem very tailored to me. It also felt like things were handled a bit carelessly, like they didn’t really take the time to understand what I was asking for

"The programs really did help me get better"
I wasn’t totally sure at first and felt a bit pressured to give it a try, but the programs actually ended up helping me improve. It works well overall.

"Good plan, but the guidance can be confusing"
I like the overall structure of the training plan, and it does a decent job of building things up gradually. The workouts themselves are fine too. My main issue is that it’s not always clear what you’re supposed to do next, like whether to repeat a week or move on. I also got some inconsistent answers when looking for guidance, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be. I wish there were clearer notes for different fitness levels or situations. It’s not a bad plan, just a little confusing to follow at times

It’s a good deal for the money. Not perfect, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it. Definately worth it overall.

"Skill progress felt slow"
I gave it a try because I wanted to use it for skill training, and while it wasn’t bad overall, I felt like the progress was really slow and a few of the steps jumped ahead more than I expected, so I ended up feeling like I wasn’t actually building the skills the way I hoped I would.

"Literally helped my shoulders feel better"
I started doing the warmups before my workouts, and they literally made such a difference. My shoulders used to ache all the time, but now they feel way better and I’m not constantly worried about hurting myself.

"Actually clear video instructions"
I’ve been using calimove.com for a few weeks now, i’m totally calm about how much easier it’s made things. The video lessons are really clear and don’t make me feel like I’m already behind before I even start.
The explanations are simple, and they show the movements from good angles, which is great because I’m definitely not pausing and rewinding in mild frustration every two seconds anymore. Very peaceful. Completely fine.
What I like most is that it feels like they actually know how to teach, not just do impressive moves on camera. Overall, it’s been a solid experience for me, and yeah, 5 stars

"I ended up cancelling my CaliMove plan..."
I ended up cancelling my CaliMove plan because, i just wasn’t using it as much as I thought I would. The cancellation process itself was easy to find and not confusing or anything, so that part was fine.
The refund did take a few days, and yeah, I had to wait a bit for support to get back to me. But they did reply and got it sorted in the end, so no real complaints there. Not super fast, but fair enough overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

The app works well for me and loads without any drama, which is apparently a luxury these days. The site is simple, easy to figure out, and doesn’t make me feel like I need a manual just to get around.
